Ruby – A789553

Ruby - A789553

Ruby is the ultimate house dog! When we describe her to friends we tell them “she loves love”. She’s such a funny girl and will plop right down next to you on the couch leaning against you for a big hug. If she’s feeling extra cuddly, she might even try to pass as a lap dog! She loves lounging around in the house and always greets you with a big wagging tail! Overall, Ruby is a fairly lazy girl in the house and really perks up on walks in the park.
Ruby is also so smart! She knows sit, and we’ve taught her shake, spin, heel, down, and go to bed (her crate). She’s such a fast learner and is very treat love motivated! She’s currently being leash trained and we’re already seeing lots of progress! 🙂
Ruby is loving, cuddly, and very respectful of boundaries. Ruby is house trained and has never had an accident inside, she’s crate trained, she does well in long car rides and can be left in the car for short errands. She never begs for food and intentionally gives us space while we have dinner.
We think Ruby would do best being the only pet in the home, and she’d love a backyard! She’s a great pal and has her head on my lap as I’m writing this bio. We’d love to see Ruby placed in a forever home where she can get all of the love and pets she deserves.
